What you should know

  • You must bring an original, government-issued photo ID that has been issued within the last 5 years.

  • Most common forms of ID: Valid CA Drivers License or CA ID Card.

  • Other acceptable ID as long as it has a photo, physical description, ID number and signature: Valid Drivers License or ID card from another state, Canadian or Mexican Drivers License, Valid Passport, U.S. Military ID, Federally recognized tribal government ID, or Consular ID Card from Country of Citizenship.

  • The name on your ID must match the name on the document.

  • You will be charged per signature notarized.

  • You must appear before us for your notarization as per state law.

  • We do not provide forms or assist with completing them as per state law.

  • We are a commissioned Notary Public without attorney credentials. Therefore, we do not offer advice, as this would be considered practicing law, which is a violation per the state of California.
